Session 5 Sunday Dec 3 general (all ranks) 2-3:30pm

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, STATE: I have been advised that my participation in karate instruction will expose me to risk of serious personal injury including permanent disability and death. I am aware of this potential danger, and with full knowledge of this risk, voluntarily accept and assume the risk of injury by signing this RELEASE and by participating in these activities. Further, and in exchange for my participation in the karate instruction. I, on behalf of myself and my successors, assigns, and heirs release Solis Health From Within, Petaluma Karate Club, IKD, and any of it’s sponsors, donors, owners, directors and officers, agents, employees, members, volunteers and representatives form any and all liability from injury, damage, or loss to person, persons or property based upon their negligence in connection with my participation in karate instruction. I further agree to indemnify and to hold harmless Solis Health From Within, Petaluma Karate Club, IKD, and any of it’s sponsors, donors, owners, directors and officers, agents, employees, members, volunteers and representatives from any and all claims made against them arising from participation in karate instruction. I fully understand that any medical treatment given will be of first aid treatment type only. I consent that any pictures, videos and/or media coverage taken of me in connection with the karate instruction can be used for advertisement and/or marketing purposes. I have read this CONSENT and RELEASE, understand the meaning of its contents, and sign it voluntarily.

Sunday Morning Keiko Presents The California Fall Keiko, September 30- October 1, 2023 @ Petaluma Karate Club with Rick Hotton Sensei

This event merges the principles of karate and aikido to enhance movement quality no matter your style of practice. Martial artists of any level of experience and any affiliation are welcome to join us for a weekend of training in a friendly and uniquely integrated way, hosted by Karen MacDonald Sensei’s Petaluma Karate Club petalumakarateclub.com.

Each day has two sessions, 11:00am – 1:00pm and 3:00pm – 5:00pm on both days.
